We cannot assume liability for any items left unattended or for any incidents that may occur during the event. We recommend taking necessary precautions to safeguard your belongings and reporting any issues immediately to event staff.

2 Right to Refuse Service

The Sacramento Card Show reserves the right to refuse service to any individual at our sole discretion. We strive to provide a welcoming and safe environment for all customers. However, we reserve the right to refuse service for reasons including but not limited to disruptive behavior, violation of company policies, disrespect towards staff or other customers, illegal activities, or any actions that may harm the safety or comfort of others. This policy is in place to ensure a positive experience for all individuals in our establishment.

3 Security Disclaimer

For the safety and security of all individuals, the Sacramento Card Show has on-duty police officers on-site and security personnel stationed throughout the facility. While we take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, we ask all customers to be mindful of their surroundings and report any suspicious activity immediately. Our team, in collaboration with law enforcement, is committed to maintaining a secure and welcoming atmosphere for all. By entering the premises, you acknowledge and accept that security measures are in place and agree to abide by all safety protocols.

4 Revocation of Credentials Disclaimer

The Sacramento Card Show reserves the right to revoke any attendee, participant, or staff credentials at its sole discretion. Credentials may be revoked for violations of event policies, disruptive behavior, failure to comply with safety or security protocols, or any actions deemed inappropriate or harmful to the event, its participants, or its staff. Credentials are non-transferable and may only be used by the individual to whom they were issued. Any attempt to transfer, share, or misuse credentials will result in immediate revocation of access to the event and removal from the premises without refund. Credentials must be worn at all times while on the premises. Failure to wear your badge or produce it upon request may result in revocation of your credentials and removal from the event. By attending or participating in this event, you agree to comply with all rules and guidelines, and acknowledge that failure to do so may result in the revocation of your credentials.
